River Terrace Resort and Convention Center

The ideal location for a Great Smoky Mountain getaway, River Terrace Resort and Convention Center is located along Little Pigeon River in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, adjacent to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies and near the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Drafts Sports Bar and Grill: The ideal gathering place for family and friends, Drafts Sports Bar & Grill (“Drafts”) brings together the popular concepts of brew pubs and gourmet burger bars. Drafts features a variety of creatively designed burger, sandwiches and appetizer selections – all complemented by an extensive selection of drafts and bottled beers, and a full cocktail menu. Themed and designed to create a casual sports bar environment with inviting windows, Drafts offers high-definition flat-screen televisions for broadcasting local, national and worldwide sporting events.

River Terrace Resort and Convention Center offers 205 guestrooms with all the comforts of home. Deposit Policy--

One nights room and tax deposit required at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. Must have valid ID and form of payment. A $50 USD credit card or $200 USD cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals.

Pet Policy: Dogs Welcome- Up to two dogs and up to 60lbs total weight combined are permitted. A mandatory, non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee of 150.00 USD is required at check-in. Dog Friendly Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, most Westgate Resort locations are dog friendly. Please note that no other animal types
(such as cats, birds, etc.)1 are permitted on any Westgate Resort property and this policy is strictly enforced by
Resort Management and/or Resort Security for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Emotional support animals
are not considered Service Animals under Westgate Resort’s Service Animal Policy (see below) or applicable law,
and are only permitted on Resort property to the extent they qualify under the Dog Friendly Policy.

1. For purposes of this policy, “Pet Dog” or “Pet Dogs” shall only refer to dogs which do not function or serve
as “Service Animals” (as defined in the Service Animal Policy set forth below).
2. Westgate Resorts will allow up to two Pet Dogs per room/suite. Other than Pet Dogs, no other type of
animal is permitted on Westgate Resorts property except with respect to Service Animals as provided in
the Service Animal Policy below.
