Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort is situated in the mountains, near Longbow Golf Club and Commemorative Air Force Aviation Museum. Area attractions also include Superstition Springs Center and Usery Mountain Regional Park.  Westgate Painted Mountain is a remarkable vacation destination featuring 2 spa tubs, an outdoor pool, a steam room, picnic area, laundry facilities, and a fitness center.  Westgate provides guests all the comforts of a fully furnished home.  In addition to premium satellite television, guestrooms include jetted bathtubs, refrigerators, and microwaves.

Westgate Painted Mountain Golf Resort lies adjacent to the world-famous John Jacobs' Golf School at Painted Mountain, which boasts an 18-hole championship golf course. This Mesa condo also offers tour/ticket assistance, barbecue grills, and multilingual staff. Complimentary self parking is available on site.  

The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. Guests can also arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Please note: Guests are required to advise the Front Desk that they have a pet. A $100.00 pet deposit is required at time of check-in. If there is no damage upon checkout, the deposit will be returned. A separate $170 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. One dog or one cat is allowed per unit and must not exceed 60 pounds. There are breed limitations. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees.

Important Notice: Please be advised that we will begin our roof replacement project on November 9, 2020 until January 30, 2021. Amenities such as The Clubhouse and other buildings within the resort will be available for your use. Parking will be adjusted to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. We thank you for your understanding. 

Deposit Policy--

One nights room and tax deposit required at the time of booking. Full and final payment is due upon arrival. Must have valid ID and form of payment. A 50 USD credit card or 200 USD cash deposit is required at check-in for incidentals.

In keeping with the goal of WestgateCARES to ensure the optimal environment of health and safety for all our Team Members and guests, effective July 3, 2020, Westgate Resorts requires that all guests and visitors to our resorts wear face masks while inside our interior public spaces, restaurants and retail outlets.  For those guests who do not have one, face masks will be provided upon their arrival to our resort or outlet.

Dog Friendly Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, most Westgate Resort locations are dog friendly. Please note that no other animal types
(such as cats, birds, etc.)1 are permitted on any Westgate Resort property and this policy is strictly enforced by
Resort Management and/or Resort Security for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Emotional support animals
are not considered Service Animals under Westgate Resort’s Service Animal Policy (see below) or applicable law,
and are only permitted on Resort property to the extent they qualify under the Dog Friendly Policy.

1. For purposes of this policy, “Pet Dog” or “Pet Dogs” shall only refer to dogs which do not function or serve
as “Service Animals” (as defined in the Service Animal Policy set forth below).
2. Westgate Resorts will allow up to two Pet Dogs per room/suite. Other than Pet Dogs, no other type of
animal is permitted on Westgate Resorts property except with respect to Service Animals as provided in
the Service Animal Policy below.
