Package Delivery Process: You must be a registered in-house guest for packages to be received at the property. Daily package pickup hours are between 8:00am and 7:00pm. Packages should be labeled with the name that the guest’s reservation is made under, with the hotel address: 19201 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. Packages stored for more than 3 days will incur additional charges. Unclaimed packages will be “Returned to Sender” 10 days after receipt by the hotel. It is imperative that you have tracking numbers to confirm shipment and claim your package. Package charges apply.

Pet Policy:  The Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort permits one dog or cat weighing 25 pounds or less and no more than 14 inches per guestroom. $100.00 deposit per stay, per room, $50.00 refundable at check-out. Only cats and dogs less than 25 pounds allowed. No pets may be kept on balconies of any guestroom when the owner is not present. City of Sunny Isles does not permit any pets on the beach. Housekeeping services will not be performed without the pet owner present, unless the pet is kept inside their cage.

Resort Fee:  There is Resort Fee of $15.00, per room, per day, collected at check in. This fee includes: unlimited access to our fitness center including sauna and steam room; USA Today newspaper; wireless Internet throughout hotel; premium Cable TV, including HBO; local calls; in-room security safe; unlimited incoming fax service; unlimited use of chaise lounge on our pool deck; poolside and fitness towels.

Deposit:  The Ramada Plaza Marco Polo Beach Resort requires a $100.00 refundable deposit, per stay, at check in. This deposit covers any incidentals. It can be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
