Boardwalk Resort and Villas

Boardwalk’s accommodations feature spacious 1- and 2-bedroom suites with fully-equipped kitchens and kitchenettes, and dining areas large enough to seat six. Suites also feature spacious living rooms with sleeper sofas and floor-to-ceiling windows with private balconies.

Some one-bedroom suites include a sleeper sofa in the bedroom as well to accommodate six – perfect for large families. All rooms and suites include premium TV channels, free Wi-Fi and laptop-compatible safes.

Resort amenities include an ocean view fitness center, a heated indoor oceanfront pool and hot tub, laundry facilities and a private parking garage. 

Boardwalk Resort Hotel and Villas is located in the heart of the resort district, in the center of  Virginia Beach’s famous boardwalk – named one of the “Top Ten Boardwalks in America.” Guests are just steps away from free entertainment at 17th Street Stage, and the best dining and shopping along the boardwalk.

Policies and Fees:

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at time of arrival and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort.
• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
•  A USD 28.75 Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. This fee includes Guest internet access; Assortment of games and books; self-parking for 1 car; movie night; select daily activities; game equipment including: corn hole, giant bowling, checkers, connect four, 1 adult and 1 children snack bags.
• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.
• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.
• Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
• Daily housekeeping service is not provided.  Reservations with 8-nights stays or longer will receive a complimentary cleaning service on the 8th day. Daily housekeeping may be arranged with the Front Desk for an additional fee.
• Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy animals are not permitted.
• When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
