Cancellation Penalty:  No Shows and cancellations received within 3 days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1 night room and tax.  If cancelled prior to 3 days of arrival, no penalty. 

Special Events Cancellation Penalty: No Shows and cancellations received within 7 days of arrival, a penalty of 1 night room and tax will be withheld. If cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival, no penalty.
