The Albion Hotel first opened to widespread critical acclaim in 1939. Rubell Hotels purchased this stunning Art Deco Masterpiece in 1997. After a $10 million dollar renovation and restoration the Albion opened again in 1997 to much kudos. January 2016: the Albion hotel undergoes a complete renovation, all public areas and guest rooms have been updated and the results are spectacular. The Albion's architecture reflects that of the Majestic Ocean Liners of the late 1930's with the same low-key ambience associated with the Rubell Hotel chain. Intimate and friendly, the Albion has a wonderful reputation in South Beach and beyond in offering the finest service and a pleasant attentive staff.

The Albion hotel will receive and hold guest's Package in a complimentary basis up to 3 days prior the arrival date as long as it is remitted under the same name that appears on a previously confirmed reservation. Package size limit is 12 inches long by 9 inches wide by 9 inches high. Bigger packages are subject to a storage fee, please contact the hotel before sending large packages. A valid picture ID is required in order to retrieve any package. Any Package received after the guest's departure or under a different name than the one that appears on the reservation will be rejected.
Guest must schedule the pickup and pre label every package. We will require the pickup confirmation number before accepting any outgoing mail. If the package is to be picked up by an individual that is not affiliated to any particular company we will require that person's full name and telephone number before accepting the package and we will release it only to that particular person after they present a picture ID. It is the guest's responsibility to follow up with the transaction at every stage. We will not be able to accept any outgoing package from USPS which should be dropped by the guest directly to the nearest US postal office.

The Albion hotel shall have no liability to the guest for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from any instructions supplied by the guest which are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of the guest.
