Rooms 229, 326, 329, 426, 429, 526, 529 are all feature the following accessibility features:

• Exterior door peephole at wheelchair height.
• Push button in the corridor outside of the room that triggers a signal light so hearing impaired guests know when someone is at the door.
• In-room thermostat at wheelchair height.
• In-room corridors are wide and can accommodate a wheelchair.
• Bathroom door that accommodates a wheelchair.
• Large bathroom.
• Toilet seats have both side and rear rails.
• Bathroom sink at ADA height.
• Shower/ Bathtubs have grab bars.
• Wall mounted hairdryer at wheelchair height.
• Extended chains on window shades.
• Closet has additional lower shelf and hanging bar.

• Shower chairs, a slide seat for shower and an over the toilet seat rack available upon request.  An ADA kit for those who are hard of hearing is also available. 

**Please Note: The hotel charges a facility fee of $14.99 per room per night which covers access to unlimited web, local and long distance calls, 1 coffee per day from the Bistro, access to the Fitness Center, and complimentary Valet Parking.

***Please note that at the Thayer Gate occupants of the vehicle who are over 16 years of age, will be asked to furnish a valid photo identification such as; a current valid driver’s license or passport, or school ID (must be school-age). Acceptable forms of identification for adults over 18 include: driver’s licenses, a US passport, Department of Defense issued identification card, a permanent resident card/Alien Registration Receipt Card (1-551), a foreign passport with a temporary I-551 stamp or visa or an employment authorization document that contains a photograph (Form I-766).   Driver’s licenses from the states of Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico and Washington will have to use one of the other approved form of identification to enter West Point.***
